2. Limitation of Liability & Diagnostics
Please note that all information, estimated prices, and tentative diagnostics shown or generated on this website, including online booking estimates, are purely preliminary. Online quotes do not constitute a final binding contract or absolute price quote.
A final pricing sheet and precise diagnosis require a comprehensive, in-person physical inspection of your vehicle by our certified mechanics at the Shree Naina Motors workshop. We are not liable for differences between initial website estimates and final shop job cards.
3. Parts & Manufacturer Warranties
Shree Naina Motors uses 100% genuine, OEM-sourced spare parts for repairs. However, warranties for all replaced components, spares, and accessories are strictly governed by the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) terms. Shree Naina Motors does not offer independent parts warranties, and any product claims must follow standard manufacturer claim protocols.
4. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, custom graphics, logos, images, code scripts, page layout design, and branding assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of Shree Naina Motors and is protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. These Terms of Service and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of your booking, interaction with the website, or services provided at our workshop shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
It is explicitly agreed that any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ambala, Haryana, India.
