- Pending Confirmation: All online service requests are pending until explicitly confirmed by a Shree Naina Motors representative via phone or email.
- Pricing & Estimates: Any prices, timelines, or diagnostic assumptions discussed online or over the phone are strictly preliminary. Final estimates for mechanical repairs, electrical work, and detailing are strictly subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle by our technicians at our workshop in Ambala City.
User Responsibilities & Fraud Prevention
Users are required to provide accurate and current information when submitting a booking request. Shree Naina Motors reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse service requests that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information. We reserve the right to block users who misuse the booking system or attempt to disrupt website operations.
